Our catering service “MI CORAZON” is known to be one of the best in the Dominican Republic. It specializes in international food made with the highest quality of ingredients. Our renowned chef Florian Strahlheim has worked in many prestigious places in his career: Chesery in Gstaad, Switzerland and Head Chef at The Dolder Grand***** in Zurich, Switzerland as examples. Together with our partner MI CORAZON Restaurant, we won first place and the championship title in the “Nestlé Culinary Cup” during the gastronomy festival “Taste” in 2012 and 2013.
