Accommodation:
The sustainable beach hotel offers 20 rooms and 3 penthouses with solar electricity and in-room drinking water (5 gallons). 
Standard Rooms: with one double bed or two single beds; or one double and one single bed, equipped with mini fridge, safe box, screens against mosquitos, private bathroom, 52” fan and balcony. Maximum occupancy: 3 persons 
Penthouse:  offers a fully equipped kitchen, 52” fan, an open living and dining area, three bedrooms, among them, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and walking closet; one room with a queen-size bed and one room with a single bed. Each bedroom has a fully equipped bathroom. Moreover, the penthouse offers a furnished patio overlooking the ocean and Kite Beach. Maximum occupancy: 5 persons
