Our creative travel and incentive experts, event planners and our head chef enthusiastically planned and created a customized trip that included highlights such as adventure camping on a secluded Caribbean beach, dancing and partying with Dominicans along the way, a boat trip in the beautiful Los Haitises National Park and relaxation in one of the trendiest all-inclusive hotels in Punta Cana.

Day 1: Arrival in Santo Domingo, the oldest city in the New World
The group was greeted at the airport by staff and local guides from DOMINICAN EXPERT. A cold "Presidente" beer was offered as a welcome drink to properly celebrate the start of their incentive trip to the Dominican Republic.
Upon their arrival at the historic luxury hotel in the center of Santo Domingo's colonial zone, snacks, drinks and Dominican dancers awaited the group in the beautiful courtyard, where room keys and welcome gifts were distributed.
On a guided walk through the colonial zone of Santo Domingo, the incentive group followed in Columbus's footsteps and learned more about the impressive history of the oldest city on the American continent. After a stop at a typical Dominican "colmado" for cold beer and other drinks, they went to dinner at the famous Plaza España, overlooking the original house of Columbus's son.
For those who wanted to continue partying afterwards, DOMINICAN EXPERT prepared personalized cards with information about the nightlife in the Colonial Zone, with insider tips on the best bars and nightclubs in the area.
Day 2: Beautiful Los Haitises National Park and camping adventure on a secluded beach
Our incentive group's journey continued north through the Dominican Republic. Their first destination was the beautiful Los Haitises National Park. To make the drive more enjoyable, our catering team surprised the group with a delicious fresh snack, along with drinks and Presidente beer.
Upon arrival, the group embarked on a boat trip through the national park, passing through mangroves and by rock formations. Along the way, they saw many different birds and spectacular scenery, stopping at a cave where relics and drawings of the Taino indigenous people can still be seen – most of them over 500 years old.
Afterwards, a delicious Dominican buffet lunch with drinks was served in a unique eco-lodge within the national park. Each participant also received a beach towel in the colors and with the logo of our incentive client, organized by DOMINICAN EXPERT, to then swim in the refreshing waterfalls and natural pools surrounding the eco-lodge.
Then the journey continued, and the next highlight of their incentive trip through the Dominican Republic awaited our clients: a camping adventure on a secluded and remote dream beach in the north of Punta Cana, set up and organized exclusively for our incentive group in the middle of paradise with a turquoise sea and endless palm groves.
We welcomed the group with cool towels and fresh coconuts (and a shot of rum for an authentic Coco Loco drink!). The afternoon was spent relaxing on the beach, enjoying drinks from the open bar, swimming in the sea, sunbathing on stylish loungers, and playing various beach games provided by DOMINICAN EXPERT.
Later that evening, as the sun slowly set, lights and torches were lit, creating a special atmosphere on this beautiful, secluded beach in Punta Cana, 30 minutes from the nearest village and accessible only via a 15-kilometer dirt road. A delicious and abundant beach barbecue, catered by our team, was served with fine wine.
After dinner, it was time to party! The DJ started playing, a spectacular 2-meter-high bonfire was lit, and the group danced and relaxed around it all night. Another highlight of the evening was the impressive fire show.
Late at night, everyone went to their tents, which were set up right on the beach, and fell asleep tired but content to the swaying of the palm trees and the sound of the waves.
Day 3: The most beautiful viewpoint in the Dominican Republic
The sun rose, and the group awoke to gentle, specially arranged guitar music, accompanied by a stunning ocean view – a unique atmosphere right on the beach. DOMINICAN EXPERT was already waiting for the group with freshly brewed coffee. After a hearty breakfast from our in-house catering, the journey continued, as the next adventure awaited them on their incentive trip to Punta Cana.
The journey continued to Montaña Redonda, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the Dominican Republic, offering spectacular views of the lush tropical vegetation and the stunning coastline. Upon reaching the top of the mountain, cold beer and snacks awaited, while the group had time to take many unique photos on the available swings and hammocks.
The next stop and provisional final destination of this incentive trip was an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Punta Cana, a special adults-only hotel at our client's request! A private check-in with a DJ, massage service, drinks, and snacks was just the beginning.
After a relaxing afternoon by the pool, the group met again for a private dinner at one of the beautiful restaurants on the beach, which was open only for our incentive group.
The group spent the last 5 nights of their incentive trip to the Caribbean at this all-inclusive hotel in Punta Cana, enjoying various events, activities, and excursions. organized by DOMINICAN EXPERT.
Days 4-8: Incentive trip to Punta Cana in a luxury all-inclusive hotel
After an eventful start to their incentive trip and visiting some of the most beautiful and unknown places in the Dominican Republic, the group enjoyed and relaxed at the adults-only all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana.
Pool parties with a DJ, the Caribbean Sea right outside the (room) door, sushi, dance and Spanish classes, jacuzzis and large pool areas, various restaurants, high-quality spirits and drinks, 24-hour room service and various sports activities – these were just a few of the highlights that made this incentive trip to Punta Cana unforgettable for our group.
Evening cocktail receptions on the beach or private dinners were organized by DOMINICAN EXPERT so that the group could meet, share experiences and exchange ideas.
Get to know the country and people of the Dominican Republic – Incentive excursion to Punta Cana
In addition, a private excursion to Punta Cana was on the agenda to show our Incentive group to give a closer look at Dominican culture, history, and everyday life. The group was picked up by safari trucks, which first took them through breathtaking tropical vegetation, past rice and sugarcane fields, and through typical small villages.
Then they visited a Dominican house and learned more about the tropical fruits that grow in the garden. A stop at a cigar roller's and a sip of Mamajuana were, of course, also a must.
After a hearty lunch, another highlight awaited the group: a Dominican dance party in a typical "colmado," complete with cool drinks, games, and locals who taught them how to dance merengue – all in a village far from the tourist areas, making for an authentic experience. The joy at this successful surprise was clearly visible on the group's beaming faces.
The final stop of the excursion was at the beautiful Playa Macao beach in Punta Cana, where we spent a relaxing afternoon with some drinks. There was plenty of time to swim in the ocean and enjoy the beach before heading back to the hotel in Punta Cana.
The last evening of an eventful incentive trip to the Dominican Republic: an "all-in-white" farewell dinner and beach party in Punta Cana.
Of course, the conclusion of this incentive trip and all the newly gained memories and friendships had to be celebrated properly!
DOMINICAN EXPERT organized an all-white beach party, beautifully decorated with fairy lights and orange accents (our client's corporate colors), a delicious BBQ, a cigar roller who crafted cigars with our incentive client's logo as gifts, and a DJ to enjoy and celebrate the final evening. Afterwards, everyone headed home with many wonderful memories of an unforgettable incentive trip to the Dominican Republic, entirely organized by DOMINICAN EXPERT.
